Your Role

As a Team Member, Delivery Support Specialist, you'll play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. Your organization, attention to detail, and communication skills will be essential in training our associates to make every visit a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise frontend staff to maintain service standards
  • Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
  • Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
  • Understand, train, and promote company programs and initiatives
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • 1 year of retail experience
  • 1 year of experience in team supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
