Job Summary:

Emballage Performant inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards, providing timely and accurate information to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing of products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the achievement of quality and productivity objectives, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
