About the Role

Gorgias HelpDesk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Management Consultant to join our team. As a Service Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement service quality assessment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and advise staff on service quality assessment strategies and provide guidance on process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in service management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
