About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Consultant to join our team at Olade Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for advising project teams, assigning projects, and coordinating programs to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate projects and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Operations Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to engage with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in information technology and software applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and have a strong understanding of business operations and management.
