About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Consultant to join our team at Olade Consulting. As a Service Management Consultant, you will play a key role in advising project teams, assigning projects, and coordinating programs to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Advise project teams on project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Service Quality Assessment: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies to ensure high-quality services.
  • Financial Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Research and Development: Plan and direct research to identify solutions and improve service delivery.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and instruct groups to achieve service delivery goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare research papers for publication and presentation, and prepare and submit progress and other reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in service management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The candidate must be willing to relocate for this position.
