Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the preparation of income tax provisions and submissions
  • Address tax audits and inquiries effectively
  • Collaborate on tax information returns and necessary disclosures
  • Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies
  • Assist in forecasting and reporting activities
  • Manage various ad hoc tax-related issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and SQL
  • CPA designation with experience in Canadian income tax
  • Currently enrolled in or have completed the CPA In-depth Tax course
  • Strong collaborative skills and a proactive approach to learning
  • Familiarity with US and international tax matters is advantageous
