Procurement Role at Fuze HR Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to support our procurement process by generating purchase orders, calculating safety stock and replenish amounts, and confirming order details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process Management: Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Safety Stock and Replenishment: Utilize data and inventory management techniques to determine optimal safety stock levels and replenishment quantities to maintain uninterrupted supply.
  • Supplier Communication: Maintain effective communication with suppliers to resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, and discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, inventory status, and supplier performance for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
