Job Overview

As a Purchasing Agent at Pacific Injection Molding Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services necessary for operations.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff involved in purchasing activities.
  • Evaluate and review supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness.
  • Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors.
  • Assign contracts to suitable suppliers based on evaluations.
  • Set and manage delivery schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to address and resolve any issues that arise.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
