Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services from reputable suppliers.
    • Review quotations and negotiate prices to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Contract Management
    • Determine contract terms and conditions, including delivery schedules and payment terms.
    • Award contracts to appropriate parties and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communication
    • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment
    • Permanent position.
    • 32 to 40 hours per week.
