Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart 1415. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily store activities, including staff assignments and inventory management.
- Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the store manager to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
