Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart 1415. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of the store's daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff members, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to determine which products and services to stock and promote.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies and credit policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine the optimal staffing levels for the store.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Hours: The work schedule is 30 hours per week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
