  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that our store runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to determine which products and services to stock and promote, ensuring that our store meets the needs of our customers.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies that are fair and transparent, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine the staffing requirements for our store, ensuring that we have the right number of staff on hand to meet customer demand.
  • Resolve Issues: Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in our store, and we are seeking an Assistant Manager who is fluent in English.
