- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff members, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all areas of the store are covered.
- Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to determine which products and services to stock and promote.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies to ensure that customers are satisfied and that the store is profitable.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine the number of staff members needed to ensure excellent customer service.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that the store remains customer-focused and efficient.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
