About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Kitchen Story. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to inform menu planning and purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
