Job Title: Merchandiser Retail Team Lead Canada NE PT

At Advantage Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser Retail Team Lead to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising plans, building relationships with store management, and ensuring timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute retail merchandising plans, including resets and relines, to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store management, area managers, and assigned merchandisers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours to meet company standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to assigned merchandisers to ensure successful execution of retail merchandising plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a grocery or big box store environment.
  • Proven track record of successful execution of retail merchandising plans, including resets and relines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with store management and area managers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
