Job Title: Merchandising Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at SAS Retail Services Canada, a leading retail merchandising company. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising plans, building relationships with store management, and ensuring timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute retail merchandising plans, including resets and relines, to ensure accurate product placement and pricing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store management and assigned merchandisers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure consistent execution of merchandising plans across all locations.
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation to one or multiple local locations.
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds.
  • Comfortable working with smart phone technology.
  • Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred.
  • Planogram experience preferred, with training available.
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.

  • $18/hour pay.
  • Morning/Day Time schedule (no nights or weekends).
