Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising plans and ensuring that our clients' products are displayed and stocked effectively in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute retail merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with store management and merchandising teams to ensure effective product placement and display
  • Conduct in-store audits to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of plans
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on merchandising activities and results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and customer engagement through effective merchandising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
