Job Title: Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Migration Specialist to join our team at Global Relay. As a Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous frontline support for migration or project the Migration Services is currently working on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superb customer service for Global Relay's clients: handling customer calls, managing customer Salesforce cases, answering customer inquiries, and following up with customers on migration projects.
  • Assisting other departments such as Support, Provisioning, Customer Success & Training.
  • Office 365
    Microsoft Exchange
    Website
    Migration Support for social media platforms including but not limited to:
    Facebook
    YouTube
    Twitter
  • General understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, email protocols, and DNS.
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within defined policies and procedures.
What We Offer:
  • In addition to the annual base salary (range listed below), compensation for this role also includes a corporate bonus, extended health benefits, and RRSP Matching, and (for applicable Sales roles) an enticing commission structure.
  • British Columbia - Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 CAD
