Migration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Migration Specialist to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for our clients' migration projects.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous support to clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the migration process.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Migration Support: Assist clients with migration projects, including data transfer, configuration, and testing, to ensure seamless transitions to new systems.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on migration, project coordination, or technical support.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
