About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our Richmond Centre store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and providing outstanding service.
  • Team Development: Train and grow a team of sales associates who are focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through coaching and feedback.
  • Business Results: Generate business results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations by performing managerial tasks such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and evaluating employee performance.
  • Leadership: Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Knowledge: Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • Skills: Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership: Inspirational and dynamic leadership skills, with a natural ability to motivate and develop a team.
