About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at CD Capital Developments Ltd. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and ensuring the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, preparing correspondence, and assembling data for reports.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including assembling data, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Technology: Maintain and update our computer systems, including MS Office, to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work arrangement, 40 hours per week.
