Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, take and cancel room reservations, and provide wake-up calls as needed.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area and assist guests with special needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
