Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, manage room reservations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist guests with special needs, provide wake-up calls, and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
