Job Title: Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process room changes
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and handle payments
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports
  • Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and room assignments
  • Assist with emergency and safety procedures
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
