We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as required.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
