About the RoleThe Physician Quality Improvement Coach will provide foundational support to achieve Coordinated and Accessible Services and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Modified Triple Aim by supporting physicians in quality improvement activities. This includes providing 'at the elbow' support and training for hospital-based quality improvement, coordinating regular time/space to review data with physicians, and supporting physicians and teams to trial improvements in their hospital setting.
Responsibilities- Provide quality improvement support to physicians and teams in hospital settings
- Coordinate regular data review sessions with physicians
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality improvement goals
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration or Health related field
- Five (5) to seven (7) years recent related health care experience including two (2) years in a management role
- Additional leadership training an asset

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
