Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and train staff
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment.
