Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including setting goals, establishing key performance indicators, and monitoring progress.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns, and taking proactive steps to resolve any issues.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new revenue streams and opportunities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the hotel operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
