Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our coffee shop runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial resources are utilized effectively.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, exceeding customer expectations and promoting loyalty.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our management team is informed and up-to-date.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or coffee shop.
- Work Setting
- Food service establishment or coffee shop environment.
- Supervision
- 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, or 5-10 people, depending on the location and needs of the coffee shop.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding tasks.
