About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at LONG WHEELS SOLUTIONS LIMITED. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. Public transportation is available. The ideal candidate will be bondable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
