Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Brainhunter Systems Ltd. As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality documentation that supports our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, job aids, and other associated documents to drive standardization and operational efficiency.
  • Write SOPs in a clear and concise manner that effectively communicates the process to colleagues.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive process maps to support documentation development.
  • Critically examine current-state processes and highlight opportunities to streamline.
  • Identify potential compliance gaps and work with subject matter experts to address them.
  • Manage multiple SOP projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support document reviews and approvals.
  • Follow regulatory good documentation practices and documentation control processes.
  • Develop work back schedules and provide regular progress updates.
  • Work under the guidance of the Quality Assurance (QA) manager to prioritize SOPs and job aids.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a pharmacy setting or similarly regulated environment.
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills are essential; French language proficiency is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong quality orientation, attention to detail, and ability to learn and adhere to compliance/audit requirements.
