About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at IDI-ITECH DEVELOPMENT INC. as a key member of our documentation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and other supporting materials, to ensure that our products and services are properly understood by our customers.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to establish factual content and gather necessary information to support the creation of accurate and informative documentation.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation is aligned with business objectives and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and edit documentation to ensure that it is free of errors and meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Language and Format: Ensure that documentation is written in clear and concise language, and is formatted in a way that is easy to read and understand.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Technical Writing.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical writing role, preferably in a software or technology industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work Environment: 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
