Job Title: Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our team at Great Gulf Group of Companies. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of both Windows and Linux systems across on-premises environments and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions to meet business needs
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network and server systems
  • Manage Hyper-V clusters and storage solutions
  • Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Deploy and maintain IT hardware and software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure projects forward
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in systems infrastructure
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft platforms and technologies
  • Strong technical acumen in Linux/Unix platforms and associated technologies
  • Proficient in scripting with Bash and PowerShell
  • Experience with cloud-based networking and Microsoft Intune
  • Proven experience in system backups and inventory management
  • Technical knowledge of HP servers and SAN (Storage Area Network) is an asset
