Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyze staffing requirements to determine the most suitable candidates for our clients
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure the best fit for our clients
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5 hour work week. The work language is English.
