Position Overview

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Equity Technologies Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail service establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Task Assignment: Allocate duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire new staff and facilitate their training or arrange for appropriate training sessions.
  • Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage merchandise orders.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
  • Sales Activities: Engage in selling merchandise and preparing detailed reports on sales performance and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure availability.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Yoruba and Igbo is considered an asset.
