Customer Service Team Leader

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Equity Technologies Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail service establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals, including apprentices and design team members.
- Task Assignment: Allocate duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire new staff and facilitate their training or arrange for appropriate training sessions.
- Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage merchandise orders.
- Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
- Sales Activities: Engage in selling merchandise and preparing detailed reports on sales performance and personnel issues.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure availability.
- Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Yoruba and Igbo is considered an asset.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, necessitating the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
