About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and talented Senior Art Director to join our creative team at Media.Monks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual designs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual designs for digital campaigns, microsites, landing pages, large-scale websites, social media, print campaigns, presentations, video, animation, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and developers, to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Partner with senior members of the creative team to ensure consistency and quality in all design work.
  • Provide design direction and oversight to production designers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative services team.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on design and visual storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced language skills.
