We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director to join our team at Daniel J Edelman Holdings. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and impactful campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept and plan execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creatives to ensure high-quality work and consistent delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative offerings.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in a large agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
