We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-Time Receptionist/Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Grande Prairie Subaru.

About the Role:

  • As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales team.
  • You will be responsible for managing the dealership's telephone switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and maintaining a welcoming customer waiting area.
  • Additional responsibilities include compiling and finalizing vehicle licensing, stocking inventory, ordering supplies, and receiving customer payments or obtaining credit authorizations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are essential. CDK/180 knowledge is an asset.
  • Previous dealership and licensing experience is an asset.
