Job Summary

CPP Investments is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Lead to join our Cloud & DevOps team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building robust and scalable enterprise-wide DevOps practices, and evangelizing devops adoption and maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build cloud native platforms using EKS, Terraform, Github Actions, and Elastic Observability
  • Architect and implement reusable platform and reference implementations across CI/CD, DevOps, SRE frameworks
  • Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on DevOps collaborative platforms, industry best practices, and emerging trends
  • Analyze devops pipelines to modernize, migrate, and fix issues or bottlenecks
  • Take initiative to improve processes and ensure quality in all work

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in automating build, continuous integration, and deployment processes
  • In-depth knowledge of Terraform, CI servers, orchestrators, Vault, Consul, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Artifactory, and build tools
  • Ability to communicate technical design and strategy effectively
  • Exemplifies our Guiding Principles of integrity, partnership, and high performance
