About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at DREAMERS BAR INC. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth operation of the bar.
  • Cost Control and Management: Work closely with the management team to control costs and optimize revenue streams.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, and team-oriented skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide on-the-job training tailored to youth and support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
