Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SUBWAY RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers, and driving sales growth.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
