Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SUBWAY RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers, and promoting sales growth.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of organization and efficiency. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be expected to work a 40-hour week, with overtime required as needed.
