We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Support Representative in our Moncton location.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver top-notch service and support to end-users using automated call distribution phone software;
- Gather customer information, diagnose issues, and provide solutions to technical hardware and software problems;
- Process and record call transactions accurately using designated tracking software;
- Follow up with customers as needed and stay current with system information, changes, and updates;
- Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Strong knowledge of GPS, radio, and communication principles;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Fluency in both French and English;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
