About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Inesa Security Services Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Accounts: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, reconcile accounts, and maintain general ledgers.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare trial balance of books, statistical, financial, and accounting reports, and other financial documents as required.
  • Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and maintain accurate records of company assets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
