Financial Assistant

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to support our clients' financial needs on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into financial systems, including payables, receivables, and job costing expenses.
- Coding of transactions, including credit cards, bank accounts, and online expense trackers.
- Filing of incoming documents, such as receipts and invoices.
- Monthly reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts.
- Maintenance of financial boards on cloud-based work organization systems.
- Reporting and analysis of financial data, including budgets and spending.
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Perks:
- Flexible schedule with 3 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.00 - $25.00, plus 4% vacation pay.
