Financial Clerk Job Description

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to support their finance team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into financial systems, including payables, receivables, and job costing expenses.
  • Coding of transactions, including credit cards, bank accounts, and online expense trackers.
  • Filing of incoming documents, such as receipts and invoices.
  • Monthly reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts.
  • Maintenance of financial boards on cloud-based work organization systems.
  • Reporting and analysis of financial data, including budgets and spending.

Requirements:

  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
