Job Description

**Agile Coach Role**

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping our organization achieve high levels of agile maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor individuals, teams, and domains to achieve agile maturity
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance agile knowledge and skills
  • Support the planning and delivery of team onboarding, uplifting, and/or accelerator programs
  • Mentor teams to adopt agile approaches to daily meetings, planning, teamwork, and workflow management
  • Contribute to the development of Agile Playbook articles, blogs, case studies, podcasts, or video content
  • Apply industry best practices in mentoring, process improvement, and agile methodologies to help teams deliver business value
  • Design and deliver training material aligned to the emergent needs of the organization
  • Represent CB Canada at conferences and professional community meetups
  • Lead the agile maturity journey for assigned domains, portfolios, or teams, developing and documenting plans to achieve maturity goals

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience applying lean/agile methodologies, preferably as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
  • Excellent presentation, training, and coaching skills, with a focus on concise narratives and strong transparency
  • Proven experience mentoring and coaching agile delivery teams
  • Embodies the characteristics of an agile leader, with strong communication skills in interpersonal conflict situations
  • Practiced in interpersonal, cultural, or digital transformation
  • Ability to train and facilitate in-person events, as well as use virtual teamwork tools
  • Understanding of DevOps and DevOps tools, with a preference for Azure DevOps
  • Ability to craft workshops or interventions aligned with Adult Learning Principles
  • Passionate problem solver and facilitator, with experience navigating ambiguous situations
  • Excellent executive function skills, including organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • 5+ years of large-scale Agile mentoring experience, with methods such as Scrum or Kanban
  • 5+ years' experience working with/leading multiple teams
  • Able to work remotely most of the time, with occasional travel to other corporate offices
  • Elevated credentials, such as Scrum Alliance CTC, CEC, SAFe SPC, or IC Agile
  • Familiarity with traditional project delivery and transformation to Agile is a bonus
