Scrum Master

At Corpay, we're seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you'll play a crucial role in helping our team embrace agile values, adopt and apply agile principles, and implement agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Help the team align and focus on Sprint and Program Increment (PI) Goals.
- Foster continuous improvement of performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
- Guide the team to remove impediments and assess the Scrum maturity of the team.
- Coach the team to higher levels of maturity and help them improve and take responsibility for their actions.
- Help the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the product backlog and roadmap.
- Capture, monitor, and report metrics to inform conversations with stakeholders.
- Drive the Safe Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Showcase JIRA and Confluence experience and management.
- Perform risk and impediment management, and handle external team dependencies and risk management.
- Hands-on minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with Jira or other tools utilized in an Agile development environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe SSM).
- Effective planning and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate software engineering and/or development concepts and principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with other engineers, including distributed team members.
- Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to all aspects of the development.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
