Job Title: Senior Manager, Technology Governance and Compliance Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Technology Governance and Compliance Expert to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance function, you will play a critical role in establishing and maturing our IT Risk Management landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and maintain our IT Risk Program, providing strategic and technical support to manage technology risks effectively.
  • Lead and develop the IT Risk Program, updating IT policies, standards, and risk assessment templates.
  • Maintain and communicate the IT Risk profile, providing strategic guidance on governance and risk matters.
  • Lead remediation efforts, promoting risk awareness and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen IT GRC's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT risk management, governance, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and knowledge of the three lines of defense model for risk management.
  • Experience with financial services, public cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), databases (SQL, ORACLE), agile environments, and the Service Now GRC platform is preferred.
