About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at 4 Brothers Farm and Cannery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest quality of crops and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Agricultural Crops Deleafing Activities
  • Direct Farm Feed Inventory Activities
  • Direct Farm Grooming Activities
  • Implement Soil Fertility Programs
  • Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records
  • Supervise and Oversee Growing and Other Crop-Related Operations
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs
  • Hire and Train Staff
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Experience

We are looking for an individual with 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural industry. You will have a strong understanding of crop management and soil fertility programs, as well as experience in supervising a team.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
